How can I be certain that GB Recruitment follow all safeguarding and compliance guidelines? View

From the 1st April 2013 the Department for Education's Quality Mark ceased to exist. For over a decade, our Governing Body, the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) managed this scheme. Following its closure, The REC launched the REC Audited Education, a new robust set of standards for recruitment in education which builds on the legacy of the Quality Mark.

These standards cover compliance as well as the REC Code of Professional Practice. REC Audited Education, as you would expect, ensures safeguarding and that agencies are undertaking all of the relevant checks when recruiting. REC Audited Education will enable schools and education providers to be confident that they are using an accredited supplier, who puts standards at the centre of their business.

GB Recruitment were one of the first agencies to be awarded this accreditation and strictly adhere to these standards. We are audited annually and also welcome Headteachers, Governors and Business Managers to view our processes.
